3. Course payment and refund policy
Course prices: The price of each course is indicated on the course description page and may vary depending on the content and duration. CodeMaster Academy reserves the right to change prices, but changes do not affect courses that have already been paid for.
Payment: Payment is made through secure payment systems. CodeMaster Academy does not store or process bank card data; all payment transactions are carried out through our payment partners.
Payment confirmation: After successful payment, the user gets access to the course. In case of technical problems with payment or course activation, the user can contact support for assistance.
Refund policy: Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of payment, if the user has not yet started the course (for example, less than 10% of the materials have been viewed). If the course has already been started, no refund is provided. In some cases, a refund may be considered individually.
4. Access to courses and rules for using content
Access duration: After payment, the user gets access to the course materials for the period specified on the course page. Access is generally provided for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Content Use License: All materials available on the CodeMaster Academy platform are intended solely for the personal use of the user. The user has no right to copy, distribute, sell or publish course materials, or provide access to them to third parties.
Course Updates: CodeMaster Academy may update and improve course materials by adding new content, changing the structure and fixing errors. Users already registered for a course receive access to updates for the duration of their access at no additional cost.

Quality of Services: CodeMaster Academy strives to provide users with quality educational materials and services. We make every effort to ensure stable access to courses, but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical work or unexpected failures.
Limitation of Liability: CodeMaster Academy is not responsible for specific learning outcomes, since success depends on the user's efforts and level of involvement. The platform also does not guarantee that completing courses will ensure employment or career achievements.
Data Privacy: We are committed to storing and processing users' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. User Responsibilities

Prohibited Activities: The User is prohibited from:

Certificate Requirements: Upon completion of a course and successful completion of all requirements, the User may receive a CodeMaster Academy certificate. Depending on the course, this may include tests, practice assignments, and projects.
Certificate Use: The certificate confirms successful completion of a course, but is not an official license or diploma. CodeMaster Academy is not responsible for the recognition of the certificate by employers or other organizations.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
Changes to Terms: CodeMaster Academy reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. The updated version will be published on this page and users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify courses, add or remove features, and temporarily suspend or terminate access to services. In the event of changes, users may be provided with access to similar or improved courses.
